A holiday break for the sol cafe
Just a heads-up that since Christmas Day and New Year's Day both land on Sundays this year, we will be taking those two days off from our usual gathering time at Cafe Dabar. However, if any of you sol cafe regulars are going to be Christmas "orphans," let us know as there will likely be some informal gatherings for the holidays.

On Magi, Angels and Shepherds
Excellent discussion was once again the theme of the day as we looked at the role of the angels, shepherds and "wise men" at the birth of Christ.

My prediction came true!
At our Dec 4 gathering, we took a look at the prophecies in the Old Testament, and those same prophecies come true in the New, just had been predicted. Much discussion ensued. Comments anyone?
